Sometimes when we tried to check the properties of login from the management studio and received the following error.
Property IsLocked is not available for Login '[BUILD_APP]'. This property may not exist for this object, or may not be retrievable due to insufficient access rights. (Microsoft.SqlServer.Smo)
It would be seems like the login disabled. To resolve the issue, we need to drop and re-create the login and then enable it or else follow below step.
ALTER LOGIN [XXXX] WITH PASSWORD=N’xxxx’, DEFAULT_DATABASE=[master], DEFAULT_LANGUAGE=[us_english], CHECK_EXPIRATION=OFF, CHECK_POLICY=OFF
GO
ALTER LOGIN [xxx] ENABLE
